Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains your rights and how returns work. It does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Changing your mind (14-day cancellation right)
Our designs are standard catalogue items, not personalised to you, so you have the legal right to cancel your order.
- You can cancel within 14 days of the day you receive your order. To cancel, email ops@enrichden.co.uk with your order number and the items you are returning. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is all we need.
- Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them. We may reduce your refund if an item has been handled more than is needed to check it, for example if it has been worn or washed.
- You pay the cost of returning the items, unless they are faulty. We recommend a tracked service, as returns are your responsibility until they reach us.
- We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of receiving evidence that you have sent them, whichever is sooner. Your refund includes the standard delivery cost you paid on the original order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard rate only.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
We will confirm where to send your return when you contact us.
Faulty, damaged or misprinted items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, or is not what you ordered, email a photo of the problem with your order number to ops@enrichden.co.uk within 30 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask you to, and if we do, we will cover the cost.
Wrong size
Please check the size guide before ordering; every measurement is given in centimetres. Because each piece is made to order, we handle a size exchange as a return plus a new order: cancel and return the item as described above, and place a new order in the size you need.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer in the UK.
